Welcome to Dubey Overseas. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions regarding Shipping, Delivery, Returns, Replacements, and Refunds.
1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
All confirmed orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Standard delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer, but we strive to deliver at the earliest possible time.
Once dispatched, customers will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Free shipping may apply during special offers or promotions.
While we work with reliable courier partners, unforeseen delays (due to weather, strikes, or logistics issues) may occur. In such cases, our customer support team will keep you updated.
2. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Returns and replacements are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects or damages.
All return/replacement requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Damage or breakage caused by misuse, mishandling, or regular wear & tear is not covered under this policy.
Condition of Returned Items
Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Items sold as sets or combinations (e.g., Copper Jug with Copper Tumblers) can only be returned/exchanged as the complete set. Partial returns are not accepted.
Special Conditions for Copper Products
Copper utensils are covered under these Terms & Conditions.
Please note that copper naturally reacts with water. Proper care must be taken to ensure product longevity. A care-instruction video is available on our website for your reference.
Refund Process
Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:
Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card → Refunded to the same account.
Online Wallet → Refunded to the same wallet.
No returns/refunds will be accepted after the 14-day window has expired.
Return Window
The 14-day return/refund window starts from the date of delivery of the order.
